This Tuesday is Youth Mental Health Day and to mark it we want to hear your voice!

This year’s theme for #YMHD is #StrideForward!

It’s been a tough time due to the Covid-19 pandemic and this has affected many young people’s wellbeing.

In light of this we want to hear your stories!

‘Our lives through covid’

To enter all you have to do is hit the following criteria…

Aged 11-25!

Live in Torfaen!

Now Here’s what you need to do…

Creatively capture your journey through co-vid as a young persons, the impact it’s had young people’s well-being and mental health!
This can be done using any medium of creativity, poem, dance, song, video, comic, drawing etc.

This must also include three solutions to the youth mental health crisis and what can be done to help young people across Torfaen improve their lives and #StrideForward towards a more positive mental health!

Get creative and you will be in for the chance of winning our top prize of an IPad Mini!
